    Default Complaint against Ava Merchandising !!!

    Hello,
    I am Pushkar Balwadkar from Pune. I have placed an order (Order No : IC25912) on 20th May 2010 and as per the AVA Merchandising policy the product should reach at my place within 21 days.
    Now its more than 2 months past and till today I have not received the product. Everytime I call at the given contact number (01244697999 / 18001800300) I get to hear a statement from the executive stating "My product would be dispatched within 2 days" and this is going on for past 1 month. Everytime I call I get to hear the same thing. I am really fed up now. This is too disappointing.
    I am really disappointed with the quality of Service and Support which AVA Merchandising is giving me.

    Please someone help me in sorting out this issue somehow.

    Hope someone would revert back with a Positive and Swift response.

    Angry Fraud and falsified commitments

    I have provided my vehicle (Bajaj Pulsar) for servicing and other repairs on 08/31/2010 at 9:30 am. And, they have also prepared the Job card and commited to deliver it on 08/31/2010 at 4:30 pm. But at 3:00 pm they calle me that they can cannot repair my bike for atleat 2-3 days an dto take the vehicle from thier workshop. When I asked for the reason, no clear reason was provided.
    I asked If you couldn't perform the service why have you prepared the job card and wasted my and your whole. Again, I was provided no reason.

    I am very unsatisfied and unhappy with the serivce. I think company like Bajaj should not provide its dealership to such unprofessional people.

    Respected sir/mam,
    i wanted to tell u about my e phone.from the day i received my e phone i was having problem in it,so i sent my e phone for repairing to the address given by customer care.after getting it back from repairing it was still having problem.

    So now after sending the product 2 times i want a new product or my money back and if i do not get i would complain to police and also take help of the consumer court.i dont want you to be in any trouble so i should get a new product.

    There customer beware of naaptol product .totally faulty product .I have lost my 2229 by purchasing car stereo .It was broken & very low grade in quality .Complaint show no use .

    Default Naaptol is fraud

    I purchased BB Storm phone in Jan-2011. I got the delivery but it was a faulty phone so I returned it immediately on the next day.
    Now in May-2011, I am still waiting for delivery. I have called naaptol customer care twice in every week since Jan. But all I get is "Sir please wait for 3-4 working days".
    When I ask for escalation mail I'd or number they say that they don't have any such facility. Still I managed to get one I'd from site. It was CEO's ID
    Again No response.

    Can you please let me know what is the procedure the officialy register a complaint against naaptol. I have my 12000 locked with them.

    As per your reply on my complaint for e Phone, you will be getting in touch with me very shortly.
    Till date I have not received any communication from your side.

    Your faulty phone is still with me in completely non-working
    condition. Please do the needful at the earliest as its been long
    since I am waiting for response from your side.

    I would also like to mention here that I want the faulty phone to be
    replaced by original and good working phone and not the same china
    model non working phone.

    maine naapotol se wespro tablet 786 mangaya bahin ko gift karne k liye...... lekin ye kya samjhege ki 6298 me 1 parivar 2 mahina tak khana khata hai,,,,, mai kise complent karu kisse kahu ki mere sath dokha hua hai.... ya apni bahin se kah du ki ki agle bithday pe kuch aur la k duga mujhe loota gaya hai... meri 6 mahine ki bachat thi aur in saalo ne kha li................
