I,Shanoj Debnath of Suratgarh, AF station have applied for a broadband connection in my new tele. no.01509268548. Sir on 18 Nov 09 two persons came and gave me the type-II modem and the accessories but however could'nt bother to give me necessary details of wiring! However they told me to get the settings on phone. Thrice I rang up to exchange and spoke to Mr. Puneet but he is unable to get it done on the phone.I amd using laptop (LENOVO) and my operating systen is Window's Vistas. So I am in a fix!!
Sir, please help me so that I may be able to use the service soon.
