    Default complaint against reliance netconnect

    dear sir/mam,
    i am using reliance netconnect hi speed 1X from last five months.my number is9368730751.
    from last two months they are charging very high amount.they have not send any of my bill (except the first) to show the details.
    please help me in this situation.i will be thakfull to you.

    Default Problem with slow connection and latency

    Sir,

    I am having problem with Reliance connectin, they promise a good 3mb connecction and the speed and the connectivity that I am getting is pathetic,because of which I am not able to do my work properly.

    Its causing a lot of tension in my life as my office house is far away from office and because of this connection I am getting mentally tensed. I am into support so I would need a stable connection with good speed.

    They promise of giving good speed and stability. I logged a complaint and they say that speed depends upon lot of factors such as no of users connected at that time.

    I ask what about latency, why these ISP's are not clear when they give out connections

    Please help with this

    Default Reliance Data Card No : 9311805251 complaint

    I purchased My Reliance Card No : 9311805251 25 of Jun 09. I t took 5 days for activation. Then it started showing its colour. Every 3-5 min Dormat mode, even though I am surfing, Tower problem. Sometimes it showing connected, but no Data Transfer. I complained to Nearest Reliance Communication shop. They said their job is till selling of the Card, not looking after the server and suggested me to approach Customer Care. I complained Customer Care, all their Techinical Dept is full of Kaddu/gadha's setting over there. Some suggested to re-intall Operating System, Some suggested to Change Operating System, a few suggested to install NetBooster. I tried everything, all are in vain.

    No use of My Intial Investement 2500 (DAta card Cost)
    assured spped of 169 kbps, I never seen speed nor even static link.

    After 45 Day of free period, started claiming their bill,

    I asked for some rebate, because of their speed, and faults, instead of attending my problem, they stopped my service, for non payment of bill, then started claiming bill, repeatedly, every day.

    After Swithing over to MTNL Now I am happy, My problem is that how can i Get back my data card money, I am ready to pay my billed amout of 800/-, Even though I used very less and not upto satisfaction..

    Default Unreliable Service - try TATA Photon+

    Out of the past 35 days, Reliance has been unable to provide me with an internet connection for 12 days. While the Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ is a great product when it actually works, due to the company's inability to provide professional and reliable service I recommend that you try another data card service supplier. The only aspect of their customer care that is remotely professional is their 1800 help number (180030005555), but even they are very slow to provide technical support. Because of Reliance, I have been without internet for approximately 1/3 of all days over the past month, which has been severely detrimental to my current studies. I strongly suggest that you try another service provider.

    Default reliance can earn 5,000 crores in 1 year easily if they provide quality service

    we can give complaint on reliance we should keep case on that 3mbs speed its all fake y to fool people like that....TATA product is best TATA is best in india....

    relianc is only for money i request u not to buy reliance and dont suffer like me

    Default Scheme Wrongly mentioned in Application Form and discount of Rs.200 not given

    I have taken a netconnect with number 9321342446 in the n/o. Laila Abidali Dossa from Naya Nagar Branch in MiraRoad(E) from one Mr. Salim (executive). I have opted for 10 GB citywide plan for Rs. 1098 pm. But instead he has put 5 GB nationwide plan in the form which I was not aware of. After receiving an introductory call from Relaince, I came to know about the wrong input of the plan in the application form. There was a 200 Rs discount on every month's bill on 10 GB city wide plan for 12 months. When I went to NayaNagar branch they told me they will change the plan but never informed me that Rs 200 discount is not applicable on the change of plan. I went ahead and changed the plan to 10 GB
    citywide from 5 GB natiowide. When I received the bill I went there and inquired and Mr. Salim told me that I put up the same in the query and last 3 months the query has not been solved and I am not getting discount of Rs. 200.
    Pls look in the matter asap.

    the normal speed up to 5 gb is 3.i mbps but ist not corectly working sir please help me.

    Default Unetical Trade Practice followed by Reliance Broadnet

    Hi Sir,

    I've been facing a problem with reliance broadband connection for atleast 4 months. Everymonth Since December, the services would be unavailable for many days. And it will take tens of calls and atleast a week to get this fixed.

    One incidence in particular has upset me alot which happened last month where internet connection wouldn't work at all for a period of 19days in the month (6th march to 24th March both inclusive). This time I took up with reliance arguing that if a service is not provided why shall I be paying the amount. To which they gave me a credit of just 167.02/- (25% approx.) instead of 65% as the service wasn't available for that period.

    After following up on phone and umteen number of mails to know about how they reach to the credit amount. There is no reply except that they will give me this credit.

    Also to let you know, during all these conversaion, I've been informed by their Managers over the phone that I'll get credit for the service for the period it didn't work.

    Please help as Its not about the money, its about the fair trade practices..

    Smile reliance netconnect network problum broadband mode not working

    hi

    i've been facing a problem with reliance broadband connection for atleast 15 days my data card no is 9310327992 network is not working, broadband mode is not working and also speed is very slow so im not able to use it properly so im not happy for buy this reliance netconnect i rajister complain in customercare before 15 days but they not solved my problum
    please help me in this situation.i will be thankfull to you.
