Reliance Netconnect+ Worst Speed of 16kbps(0.2mbps) At High Speed 10Gb unlimited Plan

    Angry Reliance Netconnect+ Worst Speed of 16kbps(0.2mbps) At High Speed 10Gb unlimited Plan



    I am the user of reliance netconnect+.My netconnect+ no. is 7520340181. I bought this product for high speed internet access. I use this product in Dhampur city. When i bought this they say i will get a high speed internet upto 3.1 mbps but it do not give me speed higher than 0.2mbps to 0.4mbps . When i complaint about it they says that i am getting an average speed so they will not do anything.
    They are doing fraud with their customers as they commit that you will get High Speed internet access and buffering less youtube HD videos but it is impossible to play videos on any site at the worst quality of 240p. They said it is a broadband connection but it do not give higher speed than a dial-up connection.


    I pay 1099/- Rs. for their high speed 10Gb Unlimited plan and i do not cross fair usage limit but i get very worst speed at my location Dhampur City. I get full Signal strength but i get very worst speed.
    Reliance is cheating with their customer. They are charging very high for their high speed service but do not provide that service to their customers . They give the speed of dial-up connection which is very cheap compare to Reliance netconnect+ . They are looting their customers.

    Default reliance netconnect -billing issue

    Dear Sir/Ma’am
    My complaint is regarding the reliance data card I had been using.
    My reliance data card no is -7428955029
    I have not used this data card since July
    My Service Request ID 179681749(which was given to me by reliance a no of time for the same issue)
    After purchasing the data card i found out that the speed of the data card is too slow and it changes to 144kbps after 5GB download.
    So i paid the bill and mailed the reliance care that i do not want to use it any more and please disconnect it, but they did not and and called me about the problem i was having.

    I had conversation with the reliance nodal office regarding the plan and they agreed to change my plan to an unlimited 3.2 mbps speed If i paid the another month bill , i haven’t use the data card for . But even than i paid the bill and they told me that we have changed your plan . But again after 5Gb download i found out the speed was again 144 kbps.

    I again called the reliance customer care and told the problem but they did not give me any solution , then i refused to pay the bill, I got a number of call from reliance and each time i told them that i will pay the bill but you have to write me a mail regarding the plan you change last month but was not affected and you have to waive of the amount. They did that and i paid the amount. I got the email about plan changed and i got the call from reliance that my plan has been changed and i will get a 3.2 mbps speed even after 5GB download
    But what i saw after 5GB download was aging the speed was 144kbps.
    . I called reliance care and told them that you have fraud me twice and i wont be paying any bill until you waive off all the amount and first change my plan.
    I got many calls from reliance and each time they asked me for bill, i had told each one of them this whole problem again and again and each time they promised me not to call until this issue has been resolved.
    But what i see now is they do not even want to fix this problem and they are talking non sense about paying the bill The number i am getting the call from is – 01164628352
    I have been fraud by them twice about the plan change and good speed . Whole conversations are recorded by the reliance care . They promised me each time that if i pay the bill my issue will be resolved today itself and i did that two times but still the problem was there.
    I am tired of getting call from reliance , they do not want to fix the problem .
    please do something about it.

    Default Tikona wibro

    I am an existing customer of tikona , from pune .My user id is:1107434678. I took the connection 4 months back and the tikona person said that it will give a constant speed.But from the first month itself I am facing problem of frequent logout and speed fluction(in greater range ).I have given 100 complaints but my issue is not resolved yet.
    I will advise others to not to go for Tikona at all.
