IDEA 3G cheatin by providing 2G instead of 3G service

    Default IDEA 3G cheatin by providing 2G instead of 3G service

    I am an engineer from Mulanthuruthy and I am regularly using Idea 3G for the past 6 months. I have recharged for a unlimited plan of Rs 949 which give me 3G service of 7.2mbps upto 4GB after that 2G service at 128kbps for 30 days. I have finished my 4GB and netsetter become 2G. But I have some skype interviews from gulf and I require good speed.


    So I recharged with a plan of Rs 749 which give me 3G service for 4GB. The plan has activated on 23-7-2012 at 12.10 pm but still I am getting a speed of 2G at 128kbps constantly.


    So I taken the matter to customer care ,they have registered a complaint and they told me the problem will be sort by 27-7-2012. But by the time my all 4GB may finished.Then I again need to recharge.


    I have asked customer care person one Mr. Aneesh and I told him I can directly come to their local office with my laptop and sort out the issue, but they are not ready say the address of technical office in Kochi.


    Two things happened here, I had a unlimited pack already, reduced to 4GB pack and still I am getting only 2G service


    My questions are


    1) Who will be responsible for my RS 749/- ?
    2) Is there IDEA does not have enough technology for resolve problems promptly or they dont have technical staffs or technical offices for any problem face by customers?
