    Hi

    I had applied for a connection about a fortnight back. A person named Manoj (mobile:
    [COLOR=#49535A !important] 9664466569 [/COLOR]
    ) who was Tikona's sales representative came to my place and showed me the demo. I was impressed with the connection and decided to purchase the service. Manoj was sent to my place by Mr. Ashok Naikare to my place. After I made payments, it took over 10 days to just get the engineer home to install the connection. When the technician came home, I was told that our area falls in the non-feasible zone and I cannot get a connection. The sales rep, Manoj and his affiliate who came along fooled me by holding the reception device in the air - it cannot be fixed in that spot. Basically, the connection cannot be completed. Based on the demo that was shown to me, I had even recommended Tikona to 3 of my friends. 1 of them even paid for the service. Even he cannot get the connection.

    Tikona's team is cheating customers. I want my money back immediately. Also, my friends money should be refunded. In fact, just to use this service, we both even bought new routers. The sales representative said that we should buy our own routers as Tikona routers cannot be used for any other service.

    I wrote an email to them; they never bothered to respond until i sent reminders. the email was copied to Sunil Nair who is the head of customer care. Even he doesn't bother to intervene or respond. When collecting money, they are prompt. But when they have to offer services, they are least bothered. I am yet to get my money and also wasted money on a router. Also, a lot of time!!!

    A sincere request to all reading this post: DO NOT BUY TIKONA SERVICES!!!

    Angry Tikona Care Fuckers

    This a new kind of fuckers who wants to eat customers money by cheating. First they will fall on our foot & beg for broadband service, then they will ask 4000 Rs, & will send the techician fucker to the customer premises to keep the equipment. then they will tell that there no proximity for the connection since the tower is not to be seen & the signal is in his mummy's vagina or in his manager's mom's ass hole. now the real trick starts here. When we start sending mail for refund fist they will tell that they started processing the refund, then they will tell the cheque is in sales department, later they say that its send to your address... After a period of time if we are not recieving the cheque (Means the cheque they directly put in their all managers, senior managers & VPs moms, wifes, daughters ass hole & vagina... thats what i understood). If we cal them they will repeat the same above & talk some non related things.. At last they will tell that your house is shifted so the cheque is not delivered & it came back to our main office, if you wanted then can come to mumbay & fuck their all wifes, mom's & daughters ass hole, vagina & in mouth with full cum then you will get full cash refunded...

    This is happened to me really... instead of begging like this for 4000 rs, better go & fuck dogs ass....Here are few mother fucker from tikona customer care fucking service & they all are mastered in their mom's ass hole fucking....

    Thanks for the positive reply and i m really glad to know that my case has been assigned to the backend department for the refund amount which will be processed within 30 working days.

    Angry Tikona one of the WORST INTERNET CONNECTION PROVIDER

    MY ACCOUNT NO.1105680332
    I am complaining everyday from last one month for the network problem i am facing but till now i have not got any response. Each time i complain they assure me that in next 24hours my problem would get resolved. I am tired of complaining again and again cant use internet for even 2-3 hours properly. Its just disgusting service they have. I would recommend you to please dont use tikona coonection. i am having the worst experience.

    Default Tikona Should Educated there sales Team,

    It is a very sad all sales people are working with tikona max 10th pass they dont know how to deal with customer
    only they have plan sheet according there plan sheet they giving the information , if any bill is outstanding from the customer sales people are making the settlement , giving me 1000 rs i can close your account and make a new connection with oter names of the family , they are making money from the field , and they taking cash from customer to recharge the account and enjoying the evening,
