my name is sahil goyal. my mobile no. 9501774142. i havee activated airtel night pack for gprs on 19th of sept. and they deduct 35rs. as service charge for a week but today this is the 5th day and i am not able to use this pack. every time i complaint they postponed my complaint for 24 hrs. such a poor service and inconvenient. if i call to the customer services i have to wait for 10-15 min to talk to thier executives.

the customer care executives of airtel take the customer calls as their burden and somehow satisfy the customers by fake informations...
