    Angry TATA Docomo / Photon+ : Not Providing Payment Confirmation Even After Submitting Many Proofs

    Hello,

    I've made payment to my Tata Docomo Number: 9274380012 on 27th May, '12 of INR 1,000 via SBI Credit Card, but unfortunately till date it's not being reflected into their system.


    Please find below Transaction ID as well, which I've received from SBI Team to confirm transaction:
    MT121490025000010029674


    There is also another Reference ID of payment, which I've mentioned below which will assure this payment confirmation:
    20121500177587



    Plus, I also have SMS confirmation from SBI regarding this transaction.


    I've already sent them all above information along with scanned copy of bank statement but they're still saying to provide more proofs.

    Moreover, I've also sent them written e-mail confirmation from SBI Card Team but they're not considering that as well.

    I've provided almost 5 proofs but they're still reluctant to consider my payment. I've done dozens of complaints to their customer care but they really don't care about customers and never took follow-up.

    They are sending SMSes everyday asking me to pay so that they don't stop my internet services. I've been struggling for this issue since more than 1.5 months and Tata Docomo team is unresponsive and not at all co-operative in finding out solutions.

    Kindly help me !!!

    Hi,

    It has been almost 10 Days and since then I've not received any updates on this.

    Tata Docomo has started adding payment delay penalty into my account, so I would appreciate if you can help me on this as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    Can you please let me know what do you mean by "shortly"?

    I've been struggling for this issue since almost 2 months and Tata Docomo Team has started adding delay penalty charges to my account. So, who's responsible to pay this penalty?

    Can you please let me know the status of the issue? It's already 30th July today and there is no updates. Why it is taking so much time to resolve it, even though I've provided every proof?

    When can I expect resolution of my problem? It's already 9 Days since your last reply and I've not been updated on any further progress. What actions you have been taking and what's deadline of problem resolution?

    Default payment not recieved

    i have done recharge of 95 rs tow time for my mobile no 9028561734...by citi bank credit card ..and payment was successfully but not received any payment.
