my name is Pinkesh Kumar. I have taken bsnl broadband 500 plan(night unlimited) for the telephone No. 0121-2761052
But my bill is calculated according to Home 250 plan(in which there is no night unlimited offer).
BSNL send me the bill of Rs. 22427 and not responding to my complains.
On my complain BSNL checked their records and found that i've applied for 500 plan not 250 plan, still they are not converting my bill according to home 500 plan.
BSNL also send me the bill recovery letter and threatening me to pay the bill otherwise they will take legal action against me.

I also complaint at bsnl but I have not recieved any reply.
