    Post Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ Complaint



    Hi Sir,

    I am Abhishek Kumar from Ghaziabad.
    I have purchased a Reliance netconnect broadband+ (7428933613) and its postpaid connection.
    Since the date of purchase i am experiencing poor network & connectivity, frequent disconnections and pathetic slow speed.
    Even after numerous complaints, technical troubleshooting
    i am still experiencing poor connectivity, frequent disconnections, pathetic speed.

    Whenever i call them regarding this every-time they told me that there is congestion problem going on in your area which is very pathetic response.
    Recently when i talked to customer care about this he gave me same answer "Congestion problem is going on in your region" and also told me that it will be resolved by mid of September which is unbearable.
    I haven't purchased it to waste my precious time and money to wait for the services.

    If they cannot provide better services even in NCR region, how can they claim to be India's best network?

    Sir i will really appreciate if you can look into this matter.

    Post Non cancellation of connection

    Dear Sir,
    We were using a 2 G data card netconnect No. No. 9350074668 Ref No. D1027012-DEL-C000540-BSA. One of your representative ( Mr. Gaurav Kataria- of Appco)) approached us with the offer of 3G connection. He promised to have changed our 2 G connection to 3 G connection. We accordingly submitted all documents to have 3G instead of 2G. We got 3G connection No. 8468888323 Ref. No. C327973-DEL-C002155-SWIFT by paying Rs.1399/- and paid the subsequent bill.

    Unfortunately, we have received the bill for 2 G connection despite asking your rep. office again and again that we got the 3G connection in place of 2G.

    We fail to understand as to why you treat your customers in this unprofessional and shabby manner.

    Please immediately cancel the bill No. 295340193167 and the connection of 2G or we will have to go to the higher forum against your illegal act of fleecing innocent customers.

    I am a user of reliance gsm service. I take the information of 248 internet pack from *333 andrecharged it I paid 248. But company gave me nothing instead of 248 rupees. I called custermer care they tell me to go to your retailor . I do this and they told me that your complain has been taken and will be solved within 3 hours. But result is nothig.     Unhappy Change of Tariff Plan

    Sir/Madam,
    I want to make a complaint that I called Reliance customer care on 9th Nov,12 regarding the change of my tariff plan on my netconnect no: 9339686467 and the operator took my request and gave me a request no: 192393823 and he confirmed me that my new plan will be effected from 25th Nov, 12 but the plan change didnot occur hence i call customer care again on 28th Nov, 12 and the operator said that the plan change didnot occur due to some technical reason but she took a request again request no being 192656148 and said the plan change can occur only in the next billing cycle i,e on 25th Dec, 12. Now please, isnt this a harassment who has been using this netconnect number for a long time. I did change my plan for some definite reason. Please help me out.

    I am j.dinesh kumar,from tamilnadu in namakkal dt. Tiruchengode taluk,near mahendra engg college.my data card number is 93827 53003.I was purchased data card the plan of corporate in dec 2012.The usage of data card plan is day 5GB and night 10GB. I was used only 20 days the average speed is 3.1Mbps.In the end of the dec month the message came 80% of the usage is completed but at that time I used only 2GB.I was asked to customer care they told you plan is mismatch.After two days again the message came your 100% usage is completed hereafter u can get only 140Kbps speed.After that again I complaint the customer care.They told your plan is mismatch.
    I was complaint many times the speed is 140Kbps only but not increased . so I did not paid the bill for that reason.In customer care they called me and told you will pay the bill only the speed is increasing.So I paid the bill amount is 1010 in 11th may 2013. but now also the speed is same.from till now I complaint also 30 times nearby.At that same time my friend me also purchased data card in the both are same plan.But his data card is giving high speed.

    Again I complaint customer care they told you give to service centre. So I went to service centre and gave my data card and I said to the problem. They told there is no problem in hardware the problem is only in network side so only the speed is low and they told you go to reliance outlet. So I went to salem reliance outlet at 11 a.m . I told the problem of data card. They told there is no person to take this complaint so I wait 1 hour in that place. I was checked the my data card speed in front of his. He take this complaint. But in that office customer care officer is not response properly. They did not hear my complaint clearly and also hurt me. In others customer also told they not responding. Please take action on the person at reliance outlet
    I was used my data card in my friend system but I am having same speed.
    So I request you to please take this complaint and take immediately. Please solve my problem. Please help me . I know tamil language only well. So I want help communicated in tamil.
