I am using reliance netconnect+ device MY data card No is 7520211740 which is a postpaid connection for Internet.
Before buying reliance dongle the reliance dealer shop gave me assurance that reliance NetConnect+ service works fine in Shyampur, Rishikesh circle.
But when i tried to connect at my home the Net Connect + is not working becoz NetConnect service is not provided in Shyampur Circle , i told many times to reliance dealer about the problem he gave me assurance that service willdue to NetConnect + service
start in few days just wait. now 2 and half months is passed and now he is saying that he is not able to convince the reliance technical to fix the
issue in the Shyampur circle. Now he says disconnect the postpaid connection as he is not able to fix the problem.


Please Kindly help me on this issue.
