i have in account with SBIonline, sep11,2009 i have transfer fund to my friend account (he have account with SBH), during the transaction i got report transaction successfully done, also many has been debited in my account but still the amount was not credit in my friend account.
i have inquiry with nearest both Branch's(SBI,SBH). no one should give me correct information for followup then i have contact with Customer care they have given me another CC number but that nuber has not pickup my call during business hour.

please tell me short out my problem
