I have purchased MTS under L&T Corporate Offer of 699/- Datacard + 6Gb unlimited with 3.1 mps speed.
But the actual speed given is around 80-100kbps also it goes to 0kbps even though i have MTS signal strength of 99%.i dont know whats the problem is. I called customer care the told to clear Temp files, try changing to broadband and all such thing.. but issue still persist.
I fill like being cheated. Why do MTS Commit such offer when they cannot afford to provide the actual.This does not reflect a good company culture.
