I am a BSNL landline consumer,my phone number is 01292278154,I want to report you about the bill they have charged for the month August,They have charged me Rs.7000,and i have a plan of Rs 500, My Bsnl plan is 500C,they are saying that I have been charged for extra internet usage,for the last one year.I want to report against this act of Bsnl as this is company's fault in there calculation,which they are accepting.And i has made all the customer's of bsnl guilty and we are being asked to pay this amount,I want to say that if we have been given this amount in the bill in that month we would have controlled the usage,And for about 2 year it was going fine,and now they have send us this charge saying this is the whole years due which they have not included the bill.This is all company's fault which all the consumers have to bear.I humbly request you that this charge should not be taken by the company,because its company's fault if a consumer would have known about it then we would have controlled our usage or disconnected it.Please look into our matter and please resolve this issue as soon as possible,there are thousands of customers who have been charged like this.
