    Post tikona not disconnecting



    my user id is 1105750277 and my disconnection request no. Is 1-2241128377


    its been 4 months i have given my request for disconnection of your sloppy service and still its not disconnected and tikona is sending me bills for every month because they have not collected there modem and all the stuff , its none of my mistakes and guys from your department calling me every day for the due ..


    I have 2 queries..
    1. Why should i pay for your mistake that you have not collected your stuff
    2. disconnect my account as soon as possible.

    The service given to me by Tikona Technical agent "Vishal Duraphe" was excellent. He solved my problem from phone it self.he guided me step by step and was ready to help an polite in his speech.he really deserve to be promoted.company really do grow with this kind of staff.

    Default BSNL Broadband new connection issue

    Hi,
    I have applied a BSNL Broadband online.
    The request raised and the Executive cam and collected all the documents and the security money.
    Then The Document got registered and I got the Phone number.
    But after 20 days also the Neither the phone or the Broad band is installed in my Home.
    When ever I am going to the office at that point of time they are telling It will be install in this week.
    But then no respond at all.

    It is really harassing from their end
