28/6/2011 TO 27/6/2012.
SO KINDLY CORRECT THIS GAP SO THAT WHILE CLAIM ARISE I
DONT GET ANY PROBLEM REGARDING THIS GAP
AND I DONT HAVE ANY MEDICLAIM POLICY IN OTHER COMPANY
branch manager mr navin sir told my agent bhupesh gupta that he correct date after claim arise not now.
and after claim no one correcting date.

My name is Dinesh Goel and I am having HAPPY FAMILY FLOATER POLICY since last year. Last year my policy number was 214300/48/2012/3362 which was renewed again w.e.f. Sep 04, 2012 and the current policy number is 214300/48/2013/3362...
Yesterday I have submitted my claim for the hospitalization expenses incurred during the treatment of my Colonal Cancer detected on 12th Sep 2012 with the MDINDIA but I received a letter yesterday itself in the evening from Mr. R.K. Sharma, Branch Manager - Oriental Insurance Company, that my policy would be cancelled in next 7 working days as I had not revealed the fact that I had cancer while taking the policy. I have called them up and explained them that I was unaware of the same and had done full body checkup before taking the policy too.
I have enough proofs that would prove that I was unaware of the same. Also even if I was aware then would I not get myself treated rather than wait for getting the insurance. The oriental insurance people just sent me the cancellation letter so that they would not be liable for the payment of the claim which is very wrong and unethical on their part. Also, how can an insurance company blame the customer for not revealing the fact without any prior background checks, etc??
Request you to do your checking and auditing with the hospital authorities and take the necessary steps against those divine people who came to know of my illness before me myself.

i am rohan chandrakant gonjari purchace insurance policy from oriental insurance company branch wai sub branch of satara (maharashtra) policy is on our fathers name of hero honda splender motorcycle policy no is 162491/31/2012/1347 period is 14.12.2011 to 13.12.2012 policy is still in force.on 21.10.2012 both the wheel assy of motorcycle get stolen due to some unavoidable reason we have intimate the claim on 30.10.2012 .the estimated loss is @13000 rs. But i am shocked about satara oriental office they have directly denied the claim and said with insulting language we cannot give you the claim .
Due to this problem we are in big artificial trouble .
Sir so please tell us where and how we can get this claim.
