    Respected Sir/Ma’am,

    I am Prasanna Shastri, age 52, wife of Late Shri Pradeep Kumar Shastri residing at Bikaner. I had an insurance of my car having Registration Number: RJ-07-CA-4816,Make: Tata Motors, Model: INDIGO CS LX TDI, MFG Year: 2009, Engine Number: 475IDTI4KQZPA0472, Chassis Number: MAT6071619WK37961 in National Insurance Company Limited near Panchashati circle, Bikaner(Rajasthan), Branch Code: 253310.

    On 14-12-2013, my car met with an accident at Dechu near Phalodi (district- Jodhpur) Rajasthan. In the accident, all four passengers died including my husband Pradeep Kumar Shastri and Ramesh Joshi, Hari ram, Shiv Kumar.

    More than a year ago, I submitted all the documents regarding claim but officials of National Insurance Company said that the DL(Driving License) of driver Hari Ram is not clearly visible and they have asked us to verify the DL from the RTO office, Churu(Rajasthan) or make the original one available to them. They said that they have already sent their agent to Churu for this purpose.
    Even after all this, the result is zero. I have still not got the claim. They are not even explaining the reason of the delay.

    Sir, I am a widow and have three kids. Our source of living is my pension only. Every month, I am not able to pay the EMIs of car loan.
    Kindly look into the matter with sympathy and take strict actions against officers to release my claim at the earliest.

    My mobile was theft in train while traveling from kurla to vashi it was too crowded on 26 march 2015 my claim Nmbr is clm002291 name is Siddhant Samant till now I not got any response from ur company

    Default policy no. 360901/48/15/8565000097, national insuranc bhikaji cama , wrong claim repudiation

    i have taken a claim under the captioned policy, 360901/48/15/8565000097, for the ailment of pneumonia vide claim no.12081820 wherein 1.5 lakhs were approved based on the condition that there is a capping of 50% per ailment which was acceptable to us as a insured Again my mother was hospitalised wherein the ailment was stomach distention and treatment was carried out for the same. along side the treatment of pneuomia was also carried. now my claim has been denied giving the reason that the ailment is same and sum insured limit has been exhausted which is not correct. how can stomach distention be linked with Pneumonia this claim is payable and shd be honoured without any question. need your intervention asap. i have full case details which will help in clarifying the issue further. i can share the same as required. awaiting revert

    i have gone through TPA and national insurance redressal forum and they have simply denied the claim.have asked me to go to ombudsmen and try for claim as they will not process as per thier internal decision.

    retail customers are being treated very badly with no response and very bad TAT's.

    i need your help in getting this issue resolved.

    As confirmed by TPA M/s Mediassist - Patient Mrs. Pawan Suri was admitted twice within a space of 31 days i.e. on 27 Dec 15 and 28 Jan 16 and TPA has confirmed that both the illness are related, hence whereas first claim was paid but this second claim is not payable under the policy terms and conditions as falling within 45 days of each otherAs confirmed by TPA M/s Mediassist - Patient Mrs. Pawan Suri was admitted twice within a space of 31 days i.e. on 27 Dec 15 and 28 Jan 16 and TPA has confirmed that both the illness are related, hence whereas first claim was paid but this second claim is not payable under the policy terms and conditions as falling within 45 days of each other
