I have invested in ULIP scheme of BIRLA SUNLIFE INSURANCE company and now i have asked for a refund and i dont want to continue . Now after three years they can deduct 4% from my premiums paid till date and refund the money back to me.

I have invested close to 40,000 and now they are not refunding my money and i have sent several reminders, emails and calls to IRDA and BIRLA SUNLIFE and the BIRLA SUNLIFE EXECUTIVES are playing double games and dilly dallying without understanding the urgency of my money.

I need the money to undertake a medical commitment and i would be glad if CONSUMER COURT could intervene and do needful.

All i get everytime is "We are in process" from BIRLA SUNLIFE and i have been following this for 2 months and i shall not hesitate to proceed legal route if necessary.

I WOULD REQUEST CONSUMER COURT TO ADDRESS THIS AND ASK BIRLA SUNLIFE TO REFUND MY MONEY.
