I m Shabnam Ara 50year old. I have purchased a New Family Gain II Policy No.0162491616 from Bajaj Allianz in 27 mar 2010. I purchased policy from a Sales Maneger MR.Dharmender Kumar Singh STM Code1100082370 working with Bajaj Allianz. He didn't delivered me the Policy Bound certificate after three year. I was not happy with the Mr Dharmender kumer. when I called him. that time then he said I' m busy I can't help you. finally he said you can withdraw policy. I visited to Gaya Branch Office. Operation Manager told me u have to pay for the Certificate 200Rs.
Still i am not getting Policy Bound certificate. why should i pay 200 Rs ?
