Against Bharti Axa Car Insurance

considered metal car parts as plastic material like PCM ford fiesta worth 50,000/- and had to pay 50% of it instead of 10%. secondly had to pay 3500/- as salvage which is 10% of metal damaged spare parts. which means that they forcefully asked me to buy damaged metals of my own car

I Dr. Abhinav singh met with an car accident in lucknow UP. and my insurance with bhartiaxa.
Send my car to FORD Workshop Lucknow
Insurance company told me to pay 50% of plastic and 10% of Metal spare parts.
after the repair i came to know that many metal parts are considered as plastic in my case PCM etc worth 50,000/-
this PCM is considered as metal part by other insurance companies
Also forcefully asked me to buy damaged spare parts of my own vechile worth 3500/- which is 10% of metal parts as salvage.

I am very unhappy with the irresponsibility of the Bharathi axa insurance company.
I have paid cheque on 4 jan to the agent for my car annual policy (car no: ap 29 AN 7118)
please let me know the reason for not responding for these many day.
Mean while if If met with any problem can the insurance considers without the policy? please send me policy by the earliest
