Due to an medical emergency I surrendered by life insurance policy to HDFC. I surrendered the policy before 3.00 PM of that day where my policy value was 1,21.000. Since I surrendered before 3 PM I should get the full amount but I got a cheque of 1,19,000 only. As the bank is processed it the next day for which I lost 2000 Rs. I want the bank remburse 2000.
