My Policy # is 13213026. It is a ICICI Pru Assure Wealth Super policy. This policy was sold to me in 2010 and i was cheated. I was never told that the first premium of mine would be blocked for 15 years. I purchased this policy for tax saving purposes and was cheated. Even when i had to pay the next premium i called the Customer Care people and they advised me to pay the premium as i would get 120-140% interest. That time also no one told me about this clause. Now my Rs100000.00 is stuck. Now when i called customer care people they all tell me different things. They suggested me to surrender the policy now and after three years i would get the fund value of second premium. The next time i called i was told not to pay the premium and wait for three years and then surrender the policy. I would like to say that ICICI and prudential people are just cheating people and want to sell these kind of rubbish policies. I would like to tell that I am not in the favor of paying the third premium. When I was cheated so many times how would i end up trusting this company and invest many lakhs of rupees in this company. I even have an account in ICICI and seeing this I am going to close it ASAP. I guess all the money of ICICI prudential is going in cheating people and of course paying Mr. Amitabh Bachchan for the false advertisements.
