My Name is Rajeev I purchased ICICI LOMBARD(4034/FPT/03516246/00/000) 04 year before after 02 year when i renewed it they sent me the policy with new policy number (4034i/CHC/05288645/00/000) and with all the wrong information like wrong date of birth and mobile number etc . I Write a lots of mails to him but they reply any mail except autogenerated mail.Please suggest me what can i do now
