I have purchase a micro max c-250 handset on 03-09-2011 which insurances done in Rs. 300 for two years by mobile care services private ltd. my insurance card no. is MC-DL-G-001549, Complaint is this my mobile handset screen display got damage as per insurance policy i have submitted my handset to there for repairing on 06-10-2011 the same not repaired till now i have asked many time on customer care no which is 011-45453080 then they replied your handset will delivered in two or three day's every time but till now i have not received my mobile handset.
