DEAR SIR.


I have BAJAJ PULSAR 150 Bike.Met with an accident on 30/10/2011. MY POLICY NUMBER IS 76348512 Bike was insured with IFFCO TOKIO 2 WHEELER INSURANCE SURVEYOR DEPUTED WAS VIJAY NARAYAN THASALE
. Damages include the complete frontal shock absorber assembly along with front mac wheel,disc calpier,fuel tank and leg guard . Motor claim surveyor's superior denies approval for MAC WHEEL,AND CALPIER while bajaj mechanic and supervisor are with me. Insurance representative SENIOR MR.MILIND does challenge me, He says, only tank and leg guard will be replaced .What about the FRONT MAC WHEEL AND DISC CALPIER which also have been affected !


Iffco Tokio should hire well qualified people to deal with motor claims who understand the aftermath of just accidents. Why should genuine clients be put at stake due to certain fraudulent clients?




So i request you to help me out in solving the problem and advice us for further proceedings.


An early reply/ action shall be highly appreciated.
