i needed a personal loan of around 2.5 lacs. Some way i got in touch with an executive of ING VYSYA BANK in ist week of July
His name is Mr Tarun Bourai. Agent Code 60124451 Mobile No. 9990707092
He told me if a do a policy and become a customer of the bank and then i can get a loan immediately.
I got a policy done and paid Rs 12500 as premium. He told me within 3 weeks i will get the loan. Just after a week i got a call from ING saying there is some pendency and my policy is not enough to meet the loan requirement
Tarun met me again and said do one more policy and then it will meet the required conditions. I got one more policy done and paid Rs 12500 premium. I needed money so i arranged Rs 2.5 lac from some personal party hoping to repay him as soon i get loan from the bank.
One month passed but i didnt get any loan. The only interaction was through tarun. He said he is in touch with the loan person who says it will be done
In August i again was told that my policies done are still not fulfilling the loan requirement and i needed one more policy.
I asked Tarun how much loan he applied for . He said Rs 3lac or plus. I said why have u applied for so much. I didnt need that much money. I told him as i needed Rs2.5 lac you should have made policies as per that.
I told him to cancel the policies. Next day I got a call from some Mr Sumeet walia who according to Tarun was dealing my loan case. He requested me not to cancel the policies. He said he has some targets to achieve and if i cancel the policy it wont be met and the case would go to some other executive. As a simple person i thought why stop his targets and let him give one final chance. I got one more policy done and paid Rs 12500 as premium. He assured me that i will get loan within a week. Two weeks passed still no loan no calls from Sumeet. The only interaction was through Tarun who said that Sumeet has said he will surely get the loan done. Last week of August Sumeet called and apologised for delay and said by 10th of September i will get loan amount
September end came & I got no calls from Sumeet. I told Tarun to cancel all the policies and get my money refunded. He told me i have to first call the customer care . I called them and they say policies have to be cancelled within
15 days and now my money cant be refunded now and i have to carry it
Please read the problem properly and let me know why i have to suffer all this. I have been mislead by the bank executives.
Tarun never told me that policy has to be cancelled within 15 days. If he had why would i do a policy when i know my loan wont get sanction in 15 days.
Tarun and Sumeet always said loan procedure is under process and will be done
They never warned me that if my loan doesnt get approval i cant cancel policies after 15 days
I think i have been cheated in pretext of getting the loan
I always felt that policy and loan were inter related so if loan doesnt get approval i will cancel policy
My first priority was to get a loan and for that i did the policy. From the begining i maintained with Tarun that i need a loan and that is why i am having a policy done
I also talked to Ms Nandini from the grievience of the bank. She says the same that policy can be cancelled withind 15 days of issue. Tarun told me that the bank has asked for his resignation. It means they have realised that he has not done a lawful job. They are punishing him but not bailing me out.
When they have understood that whatever grievence i have is due to their employee then y cant they help me out. Why cant they go out of way to help me . What is use of a consumer grievence cell when the customer is told company policy cant be changed. it means whatver happens to a customer due to fault of the bank the consumer will have to suffer and company will just stick to usual norms
A person who asked for a loan from a bank has ended up in paying Rs 37500 to the bank
I request yoU to take it this matter with the bank and get my policies cancelled and the money paid refunded at earliest.
