Dear Sir,

Writting this mail in a hope that you will help me in just getting me the justice and help me in solving out my problem which i am facing from quite long and nobody is listening to my problems.

Please find below the claim letter along with the estimate received from Swadeshi motor for the repair of our stolen vehicle which was verified by surveyors executive, for your ready reference.

Regarding repair of Vehicle please note that as per estimate given by Swadeshi Motor and physical verificationd by New India Assurance Executive, the cost of repair is Rs.47750/-(fourty seven thousand seven hundered fifty (Including Labour charges) and my Bike is insured for Rs.35000/- only.
From the above you will appreciate that it is not economical to get the vehicle repaired. Further, the Vehicle was recovered on 5.5.10 and is lying with M/S Swadeshi motor for more then one and half years, which have caused further detoration.The repair cost may be increased because vehicle is lying since 6.5.2010 with the Swadeshi Motor. Hence I would request you to consider the claim settlement on total loss basis.
So i request you to help me out in solving the problem and advice us for further proceedings.
