Good Evening, I have Purchase insurance policy from DLFPRAMERICALIFE.and
facing following Problem from document Reciving time:1. i request you For
my Name Correction from date of starting my Policy no. 000003975 but
till now not rectified.

2. i had paid cheuqe(140941)Rs. 3000/- regarding my Policy no.
000003975 on dated 8 may 2009 for two month premium amount but again you
have ECS on dated 15th jun 2009. this is your fault.

3. I requested Regarding Problem in your Call center no. 18001027070and
she was given Comp. Req. No. 109493 but till now not rectifiedi have some
documets for proof regarding matter.
so finaly i spoke and written mail to DLFPRAMERICALIFE customer care
manager Mr. Anurag. please close my policy 000003975 and return my all
premium amount.
BUT they are not close my insurance Policy and ECS from HDFC BAnk. Today
i was closed saving account with HDFC due to DLFPRAMERICALIFE my
insurance Policy ECS . i want to return all premium amount which have
paid to DLFPRAMERICALIFE and to close my DLFPRAMERICALIFE policy.Kindly
Help me.
