I got my student travel policy from bajaj allianz policy no.OG-08-1701-9912-00000029 itrack no.3293533. I met with an accident at saint lucia on 25 december 2007 and according to insurance my all bills was to be paid by insurance company
i came back to india and filled my claimed in june 2008 and which get approved on 14 July 2008 and after one week they start saying that they need original paid receipt which was with the university which is fraud one and now they are misusing this receipts and university is telling that the bajaj allianz that they have paid all cost of medical
and bajaj allianz is following them
insurance is a contract between insurer and insured non third party can interfere in it
kindly give me justice regarding this
bajaj allianz are making us fool by taking way of university
