I have been done false selling by RAAH Capital (Corporate Agent). My policy No. are 14024139602(SBI), 18169568(Reliance) 000055412(DLF). Mr. Harish Sharma told me that he is from SBI Life Insurance and I have to pay Rs. 30939 for five years but when I received the Policy document it was of 10 years. Then he called me and told about a Plan of Reliance Life Insurance in which he told that I have to pay Rs. 30000 single premium and my Pension will start but when I received the policy document it was of 20 years. Than Mr. Piyush Sharma called me and told me that he is from DLF Life Insurance. He told me that I have to pay Rs. 30000/- as Single Premium and my pension will be started. But when I have received my Policy Documents, it stated that my Policy Payments terms are 15 years.
When I contacted all these persons they told me that there is no person of this name and they are speaking from RAAH CAPITAL. When I had contacted in SBI Life Insurance Jodhpur Office they told me that RAAH Capital is a Corporate Agent who has products of all Insurance Companies and they miss guide people for their Sales.
I just want to surrender all my Policies and want to get refund. As I am from a middle class family and this amount was received by my Retirement fund. Therefore I request you to kindly help me.
