Welcome Mr. XYZ << another happy customer / Ms. ABC received XXX amount towards her insurance claim and so on. this is baseless bragging about something they haven't achieved. do they have addresses and contacts of those who truly got insurance from them ? no hell. they just won't pay your claim and make you slog filling numerous papers in their claims process that lasts unto eternity or the rejection.
