My vehicle get dent on fuel tank at 28-03-2011 at 3.00



I went to Himgiri automobile that is situated in Jhilmil Colony New Delhi for my Insurance claim

After survey of my bike it is to get rejected to give me claim for that dent after saying that "Isko aap Aise Hi Chla Lijiye Ya hum ise paint kara dete hain"

I am trying to my level best to get the solution of this problem but in vain.

Surveyor Name is Mr. Anoop from Contact No. is 9873569736 Add F-13, Uphar Cinema Complex Green Park New Delhi. He says to me that "Nahi Hoga Claim Pass Jo Karna Hai Kar Le"



After Concern with Manager of Himgiri Automobile I got a Toll Free No. of Your Department. I Have made so many calls but I did not get any benefit for that



I also tried to contact with the Rajeev Dhawan Sr, Manager of Mr. Anoop Contact No. Is 9873565860 but he did not pick my phone





My Motor Claim Registration No. is MOT01979057



I also Register this complaint to Consumer Forum. Complaint No. is 274929. I also made a Register AD Post To ICICI Lombard 401-402, Interface Building No.11, Link Road, Malad West Mumbai 400064





Now if you will not take any action with this ----- I will have to go to Insurance Lokpal.
