    Unhappy Bajaj Allianz insurance

    I claimed one claim for my bike about 3 months back to Bajaj Allianz(claim no. is OC 091103180200002252).Event after calling them they are not giving any response.I also raised the claimed for mare than 4 times but they are not doing any think.They are saying claimed is cleared,then why shouldn't i haven't got money.This is total inresponsable behavior towards customer.They are making fool of customer.Please take some action agained them.

    Default Not getting of my Salary

    Respected Sir,

    My name is S. Haffiz Basha. I have Resigned to my job as a ASM on 13-10-09. My employ code is 18178. I had worked in Nandyal,Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh Branch. Till now (1 month) I didn't get my salary. When I asked the Manager he is not giving proper responce.

    Please help me in getting my salary or give me Mail id, Phone Number whom I have to complaint.

    Angry harresment and unprofessional behaviour

    We have got our car policy for the current year from Bajaj Allianz. But we have faced a lot of harassment and delay which has caused a monetary , time and other losses which are not accepted form a firm like Bajaj Allianz.

    Car No. DL8C-NA-1738 whose policy was suppose to be over on Apr 26,2010 was to be renewed. On April 20,2010 the cheque of the requisite amount was given to Executive from Apple insurance brokers,Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi.The executive told that we will get the policy in next 20 days.But we have to make at least 20 calls to Apple insurance to get our so- called policy document on June 23,2010. More than 60 days of the cheque being issued. The policy release date is May 08,2010.No one told us that the cover note is valid for 60 days. Whenever we called Apple Insurance , they alwasys use to say that the policy will be issued and will reach us within next 2 days.Else they use to say that to issue a policy and to give it to customer is a job of Bajaj Allianz, no where is Apple Insurance is involved. But Bajaj Allianz guys use to say that Apple insurance Guys are responsible for status Check. When we tried to contact the Ms. Reshma Garg, Owner, Apple insurance Brokers, we were told that she comes to office only between 10a.m-12p.m. At that time they will not pick the call. When we tried to get her mobile number, then we were told that theycant give as if She is a Top Govt Official.

    When we received the policy its just a disgusting printout, which no one can say a document of company like Bajaj Allianz. No card , no letter head, just a half printed xerox, which is totally unacceptable. On Thursday, June 24,2010 when my sister was stopped by a cop, he clearly rejected that policy document and made my sister to leave the car or else to pay Rs. 2500. My sister had to pay that.
    Then on Saturday we went to Apple Insurance Office at 10.30a.m, but Reshma Garg was not there. We had to create the scene , then only the executive Manish took us to Pitam Pura office, a branch where the head, Mr. Dheeraj is on half day Off as it is Saturday, but the whole office is running and even his official mobile phone is off. When we inquired that how can we connect to the head, we were told by the persons ate the reception that he always switch off his official mobile phone once he leaves the office like this.
    We had to stand there for at least 1 hr. threaten them of the complaint to higher officials, then only some one provided us the policy document on company letter head.
    We had to run for full 1 day then only we got the policy.Such a behavior is not all accepted and we clearly need a suitable compensation for all the harassment and problems we have faced, bcoz we have tried all other ways, love, scolding and only this way is left to make you guys pinch that customer is not a fool but he can make you guys run around him

    Such behavior is really not acceptable from a firm like Bajaj Allianz and I think that this harassment should be informed to all the persons through print and online media.Please be sure that unlike Apple insurance or Bajaj Allianz guys, we will do our job with full dedication and make sure that the same is communicated to all in the best possible manner through E-mail, SMS, Blogs and other online and print media.so that next time, every one should think twice and thrice before starting a relationship for any policy by Bajaj Allianz

    Insurance plan chosen: StudentEliteGold(US$2Lac)

    I have taken above mentioned policy from Bajaj Allianz when I went for higher study in Germany (from August 2009 to July 2010). This policy not only covers health but also personal liability. During my stay in Germany I accidentally damaged the carpet in my rented apartment for which company from which I got the apartment on rent claimed 3208.07 Euros from me. Considering me as a student they only claimed 1604.03 Euros.
    I provided following documents to Bajaj Allianz
    1. Filled Personal liability claim form
    2. Claim for compensation from the FacilityServices Hannover, Germany (from which I took apartment on rent in Germany).
    3. Invoice details to rectify the damage by a separate company in Germany.
    4. Photographs showing the damage on the carpet in the apartment
    5. Passport/Visa copy (country entry and leaving details)
    6. Rental Agreement (According to German Court of Law)
    I was covered against any personal liability claim during my stay in Germany (by StudentEliteGold policy from Bajaj Allianz). Even though I was covered under the policy, Bajaj Alllianz rejected my claim for two reasons.

    1. Bajaj Allianz was not informed before signing the rental contract with German Agency for rental accommodation.
    2. There was no foreign court involved
    I insisted that my claim is very well within the policy due to following facts.
    1. Policy document nowhere explicitly mentions that I needed to inform Bajaj Allianz before signing any rental contract. Since I went for study abroad, it is very much understood that I would be living in a rented apartment. Almost all students who go abroad for study do stay in the rented apartment and for which they sign rental agreement. Since policy was for my entire stay in Germany, it has to cover my stay in rented apartment. If it is not then policy is misleading and incomplete for the student’s requirement in foreign land. According to section F #6.2 and 6.6.8 in the policy document claim against rental property damage should be very well under the scope of policy.
    2. As far as intervention by foreign court of law concern, I have provided all necessary documents, according to procedures followed in Germany. I have also offered Bajaj Allianz to confirm the procedures with their German branch/counterpart. I also offered them to have talk with German agency from which I took apartment on rent. I consulted Bajaj Allianz Manager at Jaipur office, from which I bought the policy, and came to know that my claim should be very well admissible. Besides other necessary document, I provided copy of rental contract (legal from the German rental law perspective).

    Based on my above arguments Bajaj Allianz accepted to review my claim. Next time they argued that I should have informed the company about rental contract while I was buying the policy. They said that premium term would have varied accordingly. It was completely baseless argument. They showed that they just do not want to pay my claim. When I insisted that their argument is baseless, as it is obvious for any student, going abroad; to sign a rent agreement and it should be well within the policy. On my argument they offered partial payment but not full, that too after many months of my filing the claim. When I re-insisted that according to policy document there is no reason for declining the full claim they denied me my claim.

    I went for higher study on loan and after coming back to India I didn’t have job for many months. I not only face financial difficulties but also faced mental agony due to non acceptance of my genuine claim by Bajaj Allianz. I filed my claim in August 2010 and this is April 2011, such a long time for claim processing and finally denying the claim has caused lots of mental and psychological pressure on me. I belong to middle class family and it is very tough at my end to hire a separate lawyer to file a case against Bajaj Allianz.


    With the help of this forum, now, I demand reimbursement of full claim amount (1604.03 Euros) and due compensation against mental and financial suffering caused by Bajaj Allianz. This policy has not proved friendly to students going abroad for study. I have already paid 1114.5 Euros to German company and rest 489.58 Euros are still need to be paid by me.
