On verification i found that they have allocated only Rs. 4000 out of 10000 premium.
I contated my agent that he had commited to contributed at least 9000 while only
4000 has been allocated. Then the agent took my policy and promised to get it
changed. I got the same policy again through courier. I think that company is not at
fault but the agent.
Please advise i am deeply disappointed.
