My name is Deepak Jain and I am victim of Kotak Mahindra Insurance Company. One day I was received a call from Noida number, in which they convinced me to buying a new insurance policy and the discussion are as under
Hello Jain shahab!! How are you?

Personal-Dear Jain Shahab congratulation your number has been selected for a very good policy from Kotak Mahindra.
Me- But I am not interested.
Personal-Sir!! please listen one time this very good policy and very few are selected by the lucky draw and this is very beneficial for you and today is the only day to choosing this policy.
Me-OK tell me!
Personal-The policy term is five year and the rate of interest on the deposited amount is 10% annually and because you are selected by lucky draw so we are given a 200% bonus of the first premium at the end of the policy term.
Me-This is not possible you are telling lie, I want to talk your senior officer.
Senior officer- sir our executive told all thing 100% right, sir believe me there is no forgery we given you 100% assurance and today is the only day you can selected this policy. Out executive will visit your place and explain you every terms and conditions.
In the evening one executive came to my home.
I asked for policy related document but he said he did’t carry. Then I talk his senior officer, he is also trying to convinced me and said don’t worry sir Please fill the form rest he will be take care.
After passing a one and half month, again I received a call from Noida Number.
He said my policy documents are ready and he wants to supply this document.
After I read through the document I was very surprised to see nothing was given which was promised with me.
The policy term is 15year in place of 5 year and bonus is 160% in place of 200%.
This was a big cheating with me.
After that I was received a call from again Noida Number. This call was a confirmation call regarding receiving the document. I told that person I am not satisfied with this policy and want to cancel it. He told me sir don’t worry this is a only red document which you have received after that we are sending a yellow Boucher in which all agreed conditions are given, if you not satisfied after that you will be cancel this.
But till date I have not receive any yellow document.
Yesterday I received a call from Bombay number in which person asking about policy document. I asked her about yellow document, she told me there is yellow document is exist. Then I realized I was badly cheated by the company.
Now the 15 day also is over for returning the policy
