Hi Sir,
I am Ramdas Borude and having a Max new York Life Insurance Policy # 416067999. I have surrendered this
policy on 30-April-2010. I have submitted the NEFT transfer form along with the Policy documents on the
same day. But as on today, I havnt received my fund in my account. Every time I call to customer care, every
person is giving me different answer. I talked to Local Office here in Pune(Vimananagar-Ph no: 02066259039)
They are also saying like you should have given request to get your fund through cheque, but NEFT transfer
is recommended for fast processing and if Max new york people say like this, I was shocked. Every day I am
calling to customer care (18001805577) but they have no answer to my query they just say you have to wait
for week and some says it will be done in 3 days and many such excuses.
I have also sent email multiple time to them (service.helpdesk@maxynewyorklife.com) but I am not getting
any responce.
WHEN IT COMES TO POLICY INSTALLMENT THESE GUYS USED TO FOLLOWUP LIKE ANYTHING and NOW I
WANT MY MONEY and THESE GUYS ARE NOT RESPONDING.

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AT EARLIEST
