On 26th february I got a call from Hyderabad ICICI Credit Card Dept. (Numbers are 04044364300, 04044364400, 040443656000, 4044364500),
The caller name was SEEMA....she told me that there is an offer for you to increase your credit limit
From 49000 to 120000 and 45000 cash limit....are u interested....I said yes then she told me to buy an
ICICI Lombard Health Insurance Policy, I said no I don’t want this policy, then she asked me to just
Attend the call regarding health insurance and tell the person to start the policy which will be a
Key to increase your credit limit...and she also confirmed my all personal details like Credit
Card number, address etc...She said that don’t worry be confident, attend the call and tell them
To initiate the policy and when I got the verification mail from their side I will personally cancel
Your request (earlier she told me that she have all the rights to approve, cancel the policy or debit
The amount from my credit card) this will generate a Reference number for you and this reference number Will be beneficial for us to Increase your credit Limit.

And she also told me that please do not tell anything about this call otherwise she will loose her job.

So I did the same and after some time amount of Rs 5860.00/- got debited from my Credit Card
Next Day I got the policy number...then I called ICICI Lombard Customer care dept for cancellation of the policy then they told me that you will get only 75% of your whole amount remaining 25% will deduct as a policy cancellation fee....

This is a true fraud...I want to file a case in consumer court against ICICI Lombard....
And I want to raise this issue publicly...on social websites and forums...etc...

So please help me in this matter...
