    Default complain against Birla sun life insurance

    Dear Mr / Madam ,
    Good Day To You…!!!!!!!

    We have two policies of Birla Sun Life Insurance which we took throgh the Citi Bank from Surat Ghod – Dod Road Branch.
    It was special offer for us on our citibank credit card name Meena Lekhraj Khatri.

    The policies are as given below:

    Birla Sun Life Insurance – Policy Number # 2732084, Lekhraj M Khatri.
    Birla Sun Life Insurance – Policy Number # 2732070, Meena Lekhraj Khatri.

    As above, the policy of Meena Lekhraj Khatri is closed after 5-6 months Premium taken up to jully- august 2009 staements 1without any intimation.
    When we came to know from our Citibank credit card statements, there is only single premium charge in our credit card for the premium of Lekhraj M Khatri and not for Meena Lekhraj Khatri.

    At the same time, we called Citibank guy Mr. Rahul Satta who proceed for the policies. He replied us not to worry and the policy of Meena L Khatri was still running.
    But when we confirmed from the Birla Sun Life Insurance Company, they replied us to contact to only the Citibank regarding the same matter.
    Then we sent mails to Citibank regarding the policy status then Citibank replied to contact the Birla Sun Life Insurance.

    After that we again contacted to the Birla Sun Life Insurance company by e-mail, and they again replied to contact Citibank. This happened to us so we contacted both the Citibank and Birla Sun Life Insurance company together by e-mail. Then both them informed us that the policy of Meena Lekhraj Khatri is not in force and closed.
    Then Birla Sun Life Insurance told us that they haven’t issued the policy for Meena Lekhraj Khatri though the policies were actually taken from the credit card of Meena Lekhraj Khatri.

    After we sent him the original policies scan copies by mail to Birla Sun Life, they replied us that policy is issuing by mistake.

    Attached first premium receipts of both policy.

    We have tried to attach our correspondence with both Citibank and Birla Sun Life Insurance in this e-mail below:


    Now i am totally disappointed pls help me to solve the issue.

    Default surrender policy but till date surrder value is not received

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    This is Sachin Desai B/H. Pinal Desai (my wife) and Bijal Desai (brother in low) i send this mail regarding policy fund is not received till date.

    We got two policy from birla sun life insurance co. ltd, the name of Pinal Desai plicy no. 000942691 & biijal policy no.000943971. Due to house transfer both policy are missd place, for duplicate policy bond we had apply on the date of 04.04.2010 with all the required proccess but till date we dont get duplicate bond, due to financial problem we want to surrender this policy.

    On the date of 23 june 2010 i talked with toll free no. regarding surrender this policy they people guide us for surrender proccess and on the date of 24.06.2010 we completed all the proccess for surrender, many time we called on toll free no but till date we not get any status and policy amount, this is my request to you pls support us do the needful.

    I m working with birla sun life insurance in gurgaon -1 branch . as a senior agency manager . my profile is recuriting advisor . My boss name is Ajay sharma n he is after my job since one n half month of my job . i can't worked with my boss becoz he is giving my good advisor to another manager and he is mentally tourching me bring more advisor i have already put six advisor per month and since on and half month he want to me resign n he also sms other team member i m not working and he is not helping me in my work . he talking me on personal front like u r very slow but i working very hard to achive my target recently send me mail regarding of poor performance. but he knows that i can perform.

    I surrendered my Life insurance policy no. 000517333‏ on 02/08/2010 and I have received the policy amount already.

    But Birla SunLife is still charging my bank account to get premium every month. They deducted my premiums in August and also in September. They have no right to charge my bank account for premiums after my policy surrender.

    I wrote emails 3 times, called call center on 24th and they gave Req no. to stop ECS immediately. But still after that my bank account charged. They got my Bank account for the Life insurance and charging my account unauthorized manner now. They have no Legal right for taking premiums after policy surrender.

    I have pay amount of rs. 3570 to mr. Sagar for paying lic premium .but he is not pay amount. He is working in anhderi kurla road branh vadrman .
    I have face very problem regarding this. Please help me aginst to sunlife bilra isnurance

    Default Complaint against both the C.E. of Darjeeling Birla Sunlife Insurance company.

    I Pema from darjeeling visited the office of Birla insurance co. to pay the premium of my husband which is located in Big Bazar Mall, It was that the male form the office name Pradip Tamang and girl misbehaved me and they even tried to beat me up without any reason me , as I've heard some rumours of that little girl from that branch that she had a physical relation with zonal manager from north east. So I have now left to pay the further premium of my husband as soon as the action should be taken from both the C.E. of Darjeeling office I shall remain thankfull and pay husband's my further due premium. Looking forward to take the action against it.

    Default Birla Sunlife Insurance = Fraud

    I took a ULIP policy(001066868) 4 years back through Citi bank. I paid 36000 annually for 3 years which was my locking period.

    So, ideally I should get more than 1 lakh Rs. after the completion of 3 years
    which was not in my case. When I called I was surprised to know that I will get only 70000 Rs. I was told that if I wait for one more year (four years in total) then I will get the capital amount of 1L which I have invested. Today after 4 years when I call the person says that I will get only 71000 Rs only.

    Who in this world would invest an amount of 1L and get a return of only 71000 Rs only? This is clearly fooling people in the name of Insurance.

    I have also joined LIC ULIP exactly after 1 year of joining BSLI. I invested 50000Rs for three years and at the end of three years I got 190000 Rs which makes sense. I invested 1.5 Lakhs and I got 1.9 Lakhs after 3 years. This is what investment is, and not BSLI policy.

    People stay away from BSLI insurance policies. They are not here to save your money, they are here to earn their livings using your money. Go for LIC which is best and no hidden charges.

    Default fraud with my policy

    I have a policy paying premium from last four year which is annually premium Rs 99,12500 . My policy was going well and smooth until December 2011, when I came to know, by checking my email that a new policy has been issued on 15/12/2011 by transferring 2 lacs rupees from my original policy to the different address to the different person by the same name (Gurpreet Singh)while I was sitting in Abroad at that time and even now, when i already sent my passport copies as a evidence that I was not in india and I never requested for a new policy which is issued on 15/12/2011 and I did not received any sort of documents for a new policy. But still these people keep asking me to produce the original documents of new policy. Now , you tell me, how can I produce the document which I have never received. I made very clear in my first email, I sent to Birla sun life insurance that this a fraud case which is done to me by one of your staff member at Bathinda branch ,where this policy was issued from.I sent all the other documents I was asked to send. So please put my money back to my original policy.

    Now its been more than four months ,since this fraud happened to me and nothing has been done yet. I explained all the situation to every person I get in touch with regarding this case to Birla sun life insurance ,but, nobody did real effort to resolve this case.
    I have run out of my patience. there staff have no manner to talk and understand the problem they never get back to me and when ever i call them they always on the lunch. I wish i never invest my money in Birla Sun life insurance

    Default BSL Policy

    Hi all,

    i have just surrendered my Policy , i paid them around 37000 and they given me only 25000. I asked to costumer care they told me that rest money deducted as Insuarance premium how can it possible .......i am not wrog did not choose for insuarnce....

    how can I get maney back kindly suggest.

    Default froud or miss selling of policy

    My name Ayush kumar policy no. 005584279 your agency manager (Apar saxena) sell me a policy which terms & condition is different. He tell me that my policy is only for 5years but it is 25years and he also tell me that its premium is annually 6500/rs for 5years but its premium is 6500/rs half yearly for 25years. so my financial condition is not good and i can't continue this policy please cancel my policy as soon as possible and return my money on my a/c 27060100011864.

    Angry !!!(birla sun life is looting people) when to stop my life insurance policy

    This mail is regarding my two of Birla ife insurance policies.

    At the time of given these polices the agent told me that I have to pay only 5 premiums.
    Whereas when I received documents that says I have to pay 20 yrs.
    When I asked the agent he told me I can surrender after 5 yrs and get the sum assured.
    At that time I was convinced with the agent therefore I couldn't ask to Birla sun life customer care.
    But now I came to know that if i won't pay all 20 premiums then i will not get even that money what I have given in the form of premiums.
    Please guide me around what amount I will get if I surrender after 5 yrs.

    I am looted by agent and under great depression.

    Please reply me.
