Dear Sir,

Kindly clarify, is it not 48 hours over from my 2nd email to elite service of ICICI
Prudential and 9 days over from my 1st email. What is your answer? There is no
answer either for acceptance or denial of my compliant. This itself raises to a
Major Non-Conformity, which requires to immediate suspension of your quality system.

I do not understand who takes the responsibility to answer to any complaints from
any Customer in your Insurance company. Is there any MR for your system. Who audits
your system? I think I need to compliant to your Auditors / Auditing body.

I have been encountering lots problem with ICICI group, either it is ICICI Bank or
Credit card section or ICICI Prudential or ICICI Lomboard etc., Executives has very
good language skill and has oily tongue and brain wash you (cheat you ) in no time.
I hate now, why did I choose ICICI Bank for my savings account, that too joint
account, and hence I chosen all other products from ICICI group.

Can any Administration staff (Government) help me to resolve at least this issue? Or
Is Cheating the way of our life, So that all live in the same gutter. If on the road
some body does pick pocket or loot your belongings, he is called thief, but what
will you call about this Unknown Executives, whom you will know only through
telephonic conversation, are they thief? are they punished by the government.

My Money is my blood, cheating me is equivalent to killing me by the way of sucking
blood. Why I am writing this because, on 9th Nov 2009 I have spoken to one Executive
her name is Miss Nancy (Her id No : 217802 - As told by herself), she had told me
that I have to pay Rs.39,529.06/- (as of 09/11/2009) which includes my regular
premium for four quarter and interest. And if suppose I would like to surrender,
since I can not pay that much amount then I will be paid 35% of the total premium
paid and shall be deducted service charge etc.in the same 35%,. On hearing this, I
really fainted. What nonsense it is I have this policy since 2002, nearly 7 years
(Nearly 3 lakhs). It is my savings. This I have taken as Pension policy hoping that
I will get it when I retire. Who ever read this please think it over, if the same
thing happens to you what will you do?

I request all Government servants and including Judges to help me to get my money in
full. And I also request take firm action against these kind of fraudulent practices
followed by all Insurance companies in India.
