I recently purchased a policy (Health saver, Policy no. 12690048), form ICICI. The premium amount was 17000/ year. It was paid by credit card. At the time of purchase it was told to me that the amount of 17000 deducted form credit card will be converted into 12 EMI without any additional charges. This was confirmed by me for not less than 5 times. The purchase was made in last week of September. After some time i checked with ICICI credit cards and it was told me that it is not possible to do so. I called ICICI prudential customer care and even they told me that it could not be done so. So i decided to cancel the policy. I received the cancellation of policy on 27 october 2009. The amount to be refunded is not happened till date. Every time i call they give some complaint number and till that it will be resolved. In december firat week it was told that the amount is credited back to my card from where it was dedcted but it has not happened till date. I have forwarded the creditcard statment also but nobody is reponding. I have even requested to them to send the cheque but even that was also not considered. It is almost 3 monts since i paid the amount, iam paying interest for the same to my credit card.
I want to lodge a complaint for the same. The bank has troubled me a lot and i can not tolerate such things. Please hepl me in geeting back my money from such a fraut organization.
