Respected Sir ,
With due respect it is stated that i took a Bharti axa life insurance policy no. 5001217818 in april 2008 still i am not receiving my policy Bond and document. i also complain to my agent and customer care. i also send many complains throught e-mail to head office but reply is not satisfactory.I also visit to the branch office where they told that courier company has lost the policy bond, that means it is the company Negligence and company have to solve it instead of solving my problem they told me to fill a "Indemnity bond on stamp paper of Rs. 200/-" in this bond i am have to fill that i lost/destroyed/misplaced my police bond. so i am face very harashment by the company. Kindly take some action regarding this matter. I shall be thankful to you.
