O R D E R


1. The Complainant asks the Forum to pass an award or direction in her
favour and against the Opposite Parties: a) To pay the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards the Insurance covered by the credit card together with the interest 24% p.a. from the date of the death of the deceased till realisation to pay a sum of Rs.80,00,000/- (40,00,000/-) towards compensation, b) To pay a sum of Rs.40,000/- towards compensation for the deficiency of service by the Opposite Party, c) To pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- towards Legal Charges and costs and d) For such other relief or reliefs as the Forum deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. The claim put forward by the Complainant is prima facie well beyond the
pecuniary jurisdiction of this Forum. As such, the matter in hand cannot be
determined by this Forum. Hence, this complaint is herewith returned for
presentation before the proper Forum having jurisdiction to entertain her claim if she is so interested and also subject to the question of limitation, if any. No costs.
