Dear Sir,

With unsurmountable grief, I would like to inform you that till date I have not yet been issued my MSc Media Management Certificate and the 2nd year Score card. I had appeared in the second year examination in Delhi in July 2008 in the stream Media Management and my Roll No. is 2005570021J.


As I'm working in Mumbai, it's totally impossible for me to go to SMU's Delhi office every month to inquire about my result and or request to get my mark cards and certificate. For this reason, I had asked my younger brother to go over to your Paryavaran complex SMU office, but he is also not getting a proper solution from them.

Every time my brother goes there to ask for the 2nd year's mark card and when to get MSc certificate, the concerned staff there searches for the same amongst a bunch of mark cards, but in vain. As per the concerned staff, the said mark card and certificate have not yet been sent from the SMU head office, hence the problem.

For the non-availability of the concerned mark card and certificate, I've been denied a likely promotion in my company. In addition to this, I'm not even able to apply for my professional career advancement in any other company. All this affair have caused an unfathomable harassment in my personal and professional career, for which I thought to bring this traumatic experience before your jurisdiction to initiate necessary action to facilitate me in getting the same ASAP.



Anticipating for a sharp and positive action in this regard and please guide me showing way to get my mark card/certificate ASAP.

Dear Sir,
My name is Dillip Kumar Sahoo, I had taken admission into Sikkim Manipal University MBA (Lateral Entry) on 03-Feb-10, my Roll number is 511032666, during admission, the learning centre In-charge told me that Roll Number will be provided within 8-10 days. But even after repeated follow up, every-time I was told that the process is delayed and you will get the Roll number in next one week time, finally I got the Roll number on 08-May-10, though it process was too late, I got a Roll number which is of no use because the Roll number which is to be used to account login is not working, regarding this I have sent so many mails also but no proper response.

The Roll number is very important, by using this; one can login to the account and read softcopy of Book material, get assignment detail etc.

I have complained to the Local Learning centre on South.02785@smude.edu.in and also to the University on support_service@smude.edu.in , helpdesk@smude.edu.in but there are no reply.

I have lost much important 3 months time and hence want to cancel the MBA course with Sikkim Manipal University and want my Rs.15500/- back.

Requesting you please help me in getting my money back.
