    Default Club Mahindra holidays - Cancellation of membership and reimbursement of down payment

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    On 2nd June 2012, I took club mahindra membership and paid 29,999 rupees at your branch in Pacific Mall, Ghaziabad. Next day, I found that the information provided by sales lady and manager over there was wrong.

    So, from next day onwards, I talk to the manager hours to make my membership cancel and refund the money. but he is not even telling me the process.

    After talking to customer care, I came to know that I have to write a mail to feedback@clubmahindra.com. I wrote to this mail but I am not getting any reply.

    Can you please help me to know how I can get my money refunded?

    Please note that membership id is not generated yet. And, my contact details are -

    I request you to accept this cancellation request and process the refund ASAP. Your quick action on this will be highly appriciated.

    Good day , I have taken a club mahindra membership in 2010 . (Red) . At the time of taking membership i specifically clarified with the sales agent regarding selling / refund of the membership at a future date . I was given past references and guaranteed that the membership value will
    only grow with time and that should i want to dispose it at a later date , the company would refund the amount to me . Today i spoke to the person in charge of Tamil nadu and kerala and he very bluntly told me that i will not get any refund back and that they do not take responsibility for what offers their sales representative dishes out . I find this highly inappropriate and intend to lodge a complaint with the consumer court .

    Please see the mail which I wrote to feedback id but no reply even after 3 reminders. Also, I tried to send it to the id provided above but was bouncing. I today noticed that there is spelling mismatch and correct it today and send it now. I will keep the forum updated about the response. Here is the mail, which I sent.

    As per our several long discussions on phone, I am sure that I provided the good feedback to you which will help you to grow further.
    On the other hand, as I requested to cancel my policy on 4th June 2012, please confirm me if my money will get refunded by 4th July 2012 (30 days from cancellation request).

    Solely mature eventually knowning that should i must dispose that at a later date, the company would return the total in my experience. Right now my spouse and i spoken towards person accountable for Tamil nadu in addition to kerala in addition to he or she really bluntly informed me that we will never find any return returning and they usually do not consider duty regarding what exactly gives their gross sales adviser dishes out there.
