We would like to inform you that we have not received your physical booking document at our place yet. as per TnC of this package we can only process the booking request once your physical booking document reach to us as per TnC of this package i.e .with three different destination (Not resort name) and three different date with the gap of 7 days in each interval along with the prior notice of 30 days from the booking date (30 days notice will start count since the day of receiving your physical document at our place). And all the date must be having a gap of 7 days from the date of expiry of your package.

Further, if you have already send us your document hence therefore we request you to please send us the scanned copy of the booking form, dd, photo id proof and courier slip so that your booking request can be processed. Else please filled up the form as per TnC this package and send to us on the mentioned address on the booking form.
