We have a complaint against the hayatt regency hotel near chatrapati shivaji international airport.when allocated a room, we found a serious health code violation, where in the coffee/Tea maker had filth accumulated on the pouring end and inside the pot.My friend happened to drink some of the water from this pot before the filth was noticed. when we confronted the manager, and asked to check out, at that instant, they said it was not required and a solution could be reached amicably. An agreement was reached to extend the stay in better room, complimentary.However the next day we were asked to make further payments or asked to checkout rudely.When we tried to contact the manager who we had spoken to the previous day regarding our arrangement, he was conveniently not on duty.We would like to know if/how we can carry out any legal proceedings against the hayatt regency demanding for compensations for the ordeal we faced and the humiliation this caused.Please find attached photographsFilth and humiliation at Hyatt Regency Mumbai-img_0757-1-.jpgFilth and humiliation at Hyatt Regency Mumbai-img_0758-1-.jpg
