Hello. My name is pratik pujary. I was working with the park hotels as a bartender since february 2011 till november 2011. After resignation i was suppose to get an clearance. Its been 3 months. Been going to hotel everyday.
After my exit they carried an inventory on month of december and they got an shortage of 24000. I was not even working since then. They decided to cut this from my clearance wiz is approx 11000 rs.
Now they are declining to give my clearance given the above reason of inventory.
My full & final settlement was signed by all the hod's. Then too this all drama.


I hope someone could help me with this. Or provide me info to what to do next.
