We in a group of 8 friends visited Discover resort by Best Western Hotel in Neral for celebrating new years and experienced a group of crooks as hoteliers. The hotel came out with a brochure which mentioned things like
1) Biggest hot water pool in India
2) 24 hours hooka lounge
3) 100 dishes international multicuisine menu.

However when we visited the hotel, we experienced that all those were mere promises. We reached the hotel at around 2 pm, and forget 100 we could not even find starters. When we asked the authorities about hot water pool, they reacted as if they heard about such stuff for the first time. We were told that hooka lounge is under construction by one person, and the other person told us that they dint get permission for same. We allowed it to pass considering things will be better in the evening. The worst thing which struck was that most of the dinner menu was a repeat of lunch. Same desserts as were in lunch, same starters, same pasta. I am sure all of them were leftover food. How can the hotel compromise on the hygiene of food?? Due to this one of our friend also had food poisoning and was puking during night.

I want to advise all the readers that never in your life visit this place as it is full of promises and no action.
