The proforma invoice is for Rs 8,83,881. The advance to be remitted is 50% (with deduction of TDS) is Rs 3,97,746 and has been remitted on 30th June 2011.

However due business exigencies, the reservation has been cancelled on 30th June 2011. No cancellation process has been notified at teh time pof Proforma invoice or remittance of amounts. On cancellation the Hotel, initially committed to return 75% of the amount has withdrawn it's committment to just 25% as refund. Also at later stage has negated any return of money.
