    Default Country club india cheating its consumers

    Hello,

    I want to make attention of all of you regarding Country Club, CSM Noida Branch, how they harassing me. The Country Club is the biggest LIARS, CHEATERS, BLUFFMASTER.they are cheating openly and with confidence.They promise a lot and at the time of dilivery they just "Say who has told, no no no we don't have such offers"
    I brought a membership of Country Club on 9 May 2011( On the name of my wife Rakhi Goyal).
    There were some lucrative offerings coated by your representative, which had made us to decide to go for this membership, however now we have been informed that none of them will be covered under this membership.

    The CCIL representative Mr. Rajesh Sagar promised me lot of things. I brief summery of them is :
    • The membership costs me Rs. 60000/- with Rs.5000 AMC for 10 years.
    • It includes a 7 days trip per year at any resorts of CCIL.
    • I can have free access to all affiliated clubs (near about 350+) and can have free access to the Gym, Swimming Pool, etc...
    • I will get a temporary card within 7 working days and can use it for access to all Clubs, including affiliated ones.
    • We can take the holidays by breaking up i.e. we can take 7 days by breaking up like 2+3+2 days but now we came to know that there is no such policy.
    • We can accumulate our next three years package in advance or can save it up to next three years and use it all together in the third year however again it has turned up as a false promise.
    • Some more facility like Booking of Banquet Hall at Marginal price, free facility of Cook and low priced good food etc. But now these also look unreliable.
    • We opted for interest free installments where Rs.50000 will be divided over a period of 18 months also our limit will be come back to us after paying 1st installment but its also be not happen.
    • We receive a extra 7 days holiday that will include one way air tickets, all the expenses at hotel etc. but it’s also seem to be false promise.
    • Now we receive our card that also have a contract letter which have a forge sign of my wife , it’s says we take a 5 year membership and we can’t access any country club facility.
    • Initially when we got enrolled for this membership, we were conveyed by CCIL marketing representative that we will receive information catalogue along with the Receipt and membership card regarding their offerings covered in this package however till date we have not received anything.
    • When I talked with Rajesh Sagar regarding this he say we can use the facility of Gym in affiliated club, but on reaching there the club employee say it is not possible.
    • Now Mr. Rajesh sagar is not picking my phone.
    • On talking with Mr. Yoginder ( The manager of Sagar) he say he will get back to me but now his phone going to be switch off.
    • I also go to CCIL CSM branch, where I mat Mr. Kapil, but he says with this card we can’t give you these facilities.
    • When I asked him to refund my money they say sorry sir we can’t refund money.
    • How it happen?? If someone given service then there should be option of refund money also.
    Despite all this no body from your office is ready to listen us and keep on making a fool of us. You can not treat your customer like this.
    This is entirely a breach of promise from your side and has badly shaken our trust on country club.
    You can say fortunately or unfortunately it has happened at initial stage and we have not used any of Country Club services hence we want our money back and withdraw this membership.
    Now what can I do. Will I go to consumer court???


    Please help me to dig out from this..

    Default country club india fraud

    My name is MANOJ, I paid rs. 60000/- in December of 2011, at kandivli branch. But I couldn’t get the membership card. They didn’t issue me temporary card. I requested many times to management, but they are not taking any action. Now I am going to file a case against them, if someone want to join me then please contact me, my mobile no. is: 9920259359.
